STEM Program

The STEM Program at AA8 Corporation provides innovators with hands-on experience and access to online courses in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This program also offers industry-recognized Cisco certifications such as CCNA 1, Python Essentials, training for the CompTIA A+ certification, Intro to AI Essentials and Prompting through a combination of online learning and hands-on training in networking and IT, preparing innovators for careers in technology and IT industries.

Horticulture Project

The Horticulture Project focuses on sustainable agriculture and horticultural practices, giving innovators the opportunity to learn about greenhouse management, plant cultivation, and environmental stewardship. Through a partnership with Granville County Extension Office, this program aims to increase representation of communities of color in the field of horticulture, offering practical experience and education in agricultural sciences.

Creators Program

The Creators Program provides training and resources for innovators interested in digital media and content creation. We are partnered with the Oxford's own Next Door Radio. Innovators gain access to a professional media studio, where they can develop their skills in podcasting, video production, and social media content creation for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Esports & Streaming Initiative

The Esports & Streaming Initiative introduces innovators to the world of gaming and live-streaming. Innovators can access high-end gaming setups and engage in competitive esports, learn video production, and develop a personal brand as a gamer or streamer. This initiative also includes workshops led by industry professionals in gaming and development.

AA8 Jr. Tech Program

Join AA8 Corporation’s Junior Tech Program and explore our weekly Kids Robotics Lab, held Thursdays from 6–8 p.m. at the Community Resource Center. Designed for grades K–12, workshops cover coding, AI, drones, 3D printing, and more. Emphasizing Afrocentrism, we highlight vital contributions from African and Diaspora communities in STEM. Our engaging program also offers short- and long-term success plans, equipping young innovators with confidence, creativity, and pride in their cultural heritage—building bright future STEM leaders.
